I am thankful that we got an offer late last night and after some negotiation today we have a conditional offer of sale on our house. They buyer has until next Thursday to waive her conditions, so we will know for sure by then if this house is really sold. The closing is great too, July 8, 2011, the day after we take possession of our new house!!
