Day 26, Why I love Jeff

Today I love Jeff because he will send me little email during the day when he is away from me to touch base or remind me of things I need to do.

Day 25, Why I Love Jeff

I love Jeff because I put a coat hanger that needed gluing on this tool bench in the garage and meant to ask him to glue it and before I got a chance to ask him it was left on the kitchen table glued!

Day 24, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because he makes me want to be the best version of myself. He doesn’t always say it, but I know that he will always be cheering me on.

Day 23, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because he will often do things he doesn’t necessarily want to do, but does them anyway because I ask him to.

Day 22, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because he brought God in to my life and I am so grateful that he did.

Day 21, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because he wants to make our house beautiful inside and out. We already have more landscaping done then our next door neighbours who have lived in their house since January!

Day 20, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because he dreams big. He comes to me almost daily with the things and aspirations that he wants to do in his life.

Day 19, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because every once and I while he will surprise me and do something really nice like letting me sleep in, or emptying the dishwasher.

Day 18, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because he puts up with my need or keep things tidy and organized, most of the time.

Day 17, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because he takes care of our families finances. This is not something that I am good at nor do I enjoy doing it, so he took it all over and does a great job!

Day 16, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because he helped me create our beautiful loving children.

Day 15, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because on days that he is away from home and he can call home to check in, he will. It will often just be to check on how the children and I are doing, but I find it super cute.

Day 14, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because is home holding down the fort while the children and I are in Hamilton visiting family. This is the 4th time since we moved to Port Elgin that we have gone back to Hamilton and he has no problem with it.

Day 13, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because he knew I was running behind this last Saturday when we were on our way to our friends sons 1st birthday party, so without me asking him he packed the van. We were still late to the party, but we didn’t miss anything and I didn’t have to get all sweaty after my shower packing the car.

Day 12, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because I can always tell when he is concentrating hard or deep in through. He does this cute thing with the way he holds his tongue between his lips.

Day 11, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because he has let me set our new house up the way I have wanted. He will give some suggestions on where he thinks things should go, but for the most part he has let me have free rein. He has also been great with getting pictures up so it feels more like a home.

Day 10, Why I love Jeff!

He’s a great cook and can make wonderful dinners from scratch with out following a recipe!

Day 9, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because he keeps me grounded when I need it most. He’s great at being the devils advocate and telling me angles that I wouldn’t/couldn’t have come up with on my own.

Day 8, Why I love Jeff!

Today I love Jeff because he play’s with Catherine as often as her can. She will often ask “Daddy come play with me?” If he has time he will get down on the floor and read with her, play blocks with her or even build puzzles with her.

Day 7, Why I love Jeff!

I love Jeff because he chose a position at Bruce Power that doesn’t require a lot of overtime. This is great because although it was easy when I was on maternity leave for him to work a lot of overtime it will not so so easy with both children on my own. I know this was a hard decision for him because the money would help us to pay of a lot of debt but he decided that his family was more important.
